 Shipping Policy

We strive to make shipping easy and hassle-free!

Shipping Rates:

  • Rates vary depending on what UPS shipping service you select.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ship via UPS within 1–2 business days. Please note that for residential shipments, UPS may utilize SurePost.
  • What is SurePost?
    SurePost is a hybrid shipping service where UPS picks up the package and transports it through its Ground network. The package is then handed off to USPS for final delivery to the destination.

  • Next Day Air: Orders placed after 3 PM CST will ship the next business day.

In-Store Pickup (Birmingham, AL):

  • Select In-Store Pickup at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
  • We hold items for 30 days. After that, items are returned to inventory without a refund.

Easy Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, here’s how:

  1. Initiate Your Return
    • Reply to your Order Confirmation Email with the item(s) you'd like to turn and the reason.
    • Once the return is approved we’ll email you a shipping label and deduct $9.95 from the refund amount. 
  2. Pack & Ship
    • Package your items carefully to avoid damage. Damaged items won’t be accepted.
    • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  3. Refund Processing
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days after we receive your return..

Free Returns In-Store

  • Online purchases can also be returned to our Birmingham location.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must meet our policy criteria (see below).
  • Unauthorized or ineligible returns will not be accepted, but we’ll contact you to discuss shipping them back at your cost.

Return Policy For Website Orders

You have 7 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and receipts.

Final Sale Items:

  • Intimates, leggings, apothecary, beauty products, swimwear, bodysuits, footwear, sunglasses, candles, hair accessories, hats, gift cards, and sale items.

For In-Store Pickup Orders:

  • Return within 7 days of your “ready for pickup” notification.

Damaged Items

Received a damaged item? We're here to help!

  • Report damages within 2 days of delivery by emailing socagirlinfo@gmail.com.
  • Include a photo and a description of the damage. We’ll respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
