RETURN POLICY

What is your online return policy? 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date the package arrives to send the item back to us.   A refund will be issued in the original form of payment for all returns that meet the return requirements.

We do not do price adjustments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Requirements 

Items must be returned in their original, new, unworn, unused  condition with all Soca Girl and designer tags still attached or in original packaging. 

Intimates, Leggings,  Beauty Products, Sunscreen, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Sunglasses, Candles, Hair Accessories, Footwear, Hats, and Jewelry, are Final Sale. 

All Items that have been marked down are Final Sale.  

All Gift Cards are Final Sale.  

Please carefully package your item(s).  If items are carelessly packed and damaged as a result  they will not be accepted. Soca Girl is not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Please make sure that the item(s) you are returning meet the criteria of our return policy. Returns that do meet our policy or are unauthorized will not be accepted, but we will contact you and give you the option to have it shipped back to you for $10.

What are your Shipping Rates? 

In Store Pick Up orders are eligible for returns within 7 days of the date the customer is notified that the order is ready. 

Orders are processed Monday- Friday and take 1-2 business days to process.  We ship via UPS and USPS Flat Rate Standard Shipping.

For orders a shipping & handling fee of $8.95 will be applied to your order.

We ONLY ship to the lower 48 states.

We do not ship outside the US.

We offer free In-Store Pickup as an option for our local Birmingham, AL customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready.  Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

How do I Make A Return? 

Simply respond to your Order Confirmation Email stating the item you would like to return and the reason for return. We will then email you a shipping label. There is a $8.95 shipping and handling charge for returns. 

You will receive a refund once we receive the returned item(s). The refund will be issued according to the original method of payment. Processing refunds typically takes 2-3 business days from the time we receive your return. 

Online purchases may be returned to our Birmingham store location.  Refunds will be processed via our website to the original form of payment.  

What do I do if I Receive a Damaged Item in my Order? 

Damaged items must be reported within two days of your order arriving.  Please email socagirlinfo@gmail.com  with a picture and explanation of the damages. We will do our best to reply within 24 hours to help resolve the issue. 

 

Why set up an account?

We encourage accounts to be set up to make your online shopping experience easier in case there are issues with your order. You will not be added to a mailing list by setting up an account, unless you choose to do so.

What is your In-Store Return Policy

As of April 5, 2020, while our stores are closed due to COVID-19, any purchases made over the phone will follow our online return policies and procedures.

In-store Policy effective May 1, 2020

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return the item to our store.   A refund will be issued in the original form of payment for all returns that meet the return requirements.

We will hold purchased items for 45 days and after 45 days we will return those items to inventory without a refund.

We do not do price adjustments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
